Orders and Special Orders
If you have found an item that you would like to purchase “as is” please contact me at:
rupainter@craftroomcreations.com to confirm item availability, and to set up payment and shipping. I currently accept payment by money order, cashier’s check or Paypal. Cost for all items is the marked price plus shipping and handling, which varies on the method and destination. I will ship the item within 2 (two) business days of receiving payment.
Special Orders:
Many items available through Craft Room Creations could be customized to reflect favorite colors, hobbies, interests, and professions. If it is a smoker or nutcracker, it could even be customized to look like someone by matching eye, hair and skin colors. Additional items available for special order can be viewed by clicking the inventory tab on the left. If you don't see what you want on this page or on the inventory list, I will try to locate the item for you.
If you would like to place an order for a custom painted item, please allow enough time to design and paint the item to your specifications. I would need at least one week to work on an item once we have agreed on all the details. I will send pictures of the completed item at which time any changes could still be made. A deposit is requested upon ordering, and final payment is due when the item meets with your approval. Upon receipt of full payment, I will ship the item within two (2) business days.
Returns:
It is my hope that you will be completely satisfied with your “craftroom creation.” To minimize the need to return an item, please contact me with any questions you have ahead of time. I would be happy to send additional pictures, give more details about an item, or even make changes to a completed item before it is sent out. If, however, an item must be returned, I will not refund the payment until I have received the unwanted item. I will only pay the return cost of shipping the item if it was damaged when you received it.
