Although I enjoy and practice various forms of decorative painting, the traditional painting styles of Rosemaling and Bauernmalerei have always held a special interest for me. I am fascinated with the world of nutcrackers and smokers, and enjoy painting and personalizing these peculiar wooden people to make unique gift for friends, family and custom orders. I have also been known to take a thrift store or basement “find” and giving it new life with a coat or two of paint. My preferred medium is acrylic paint on wood.

I have a limited inventory of painted items ready for purchase, since most of my projects are custom orders. Elsewhere on this website, I will provide a listing of some of the unpainted items that are available for special order. This list is not all inclusive. Please contact me directly if you have a special request, and we can see what can be worked out. Some of the items I have in stock are very limited and once gone, cannot be replaced. For this reason, I am unable to sell unpainted inventory.
